Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Imira Image LLC, including: Call Karma, ClockWyse, I Recall, LoadLogic, MileProof, PickGenius, ProjectPulse, Remia, Social Pullup, TrackOne, Verio AI, VoiceCart, and Zentone. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We take privacy seriously. Our default approach is to collect as little data as possible, store what we do collect locally on your device, and never sell your information to third parties.

Data Storage

Most of our apps are designed to work entirely on-device. Your data — notes, records, logs, preferences — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad and is never transmitted to our servers. You are in full control of your data at all times.

Remia is entirely offline and does not connect to the internet at all. No data leaves your device under any circumstances when using Remia.

For apps that offer optional iCloud sync, your data is synced via Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Imira Image LLC does not have access to data stored in your personal iCloud account.

Verio AI is a cloud-based app. Your account information, business plans, and related content are stored on secure servers powered by Supabase with row-level security policies and encrypted data transmission (HTTPS). You can access, update, or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings page.

AI-Generated Content

Verio AI uses artificial intelligence services (Anthropic Claude) to help draft and refine business plans. When you use AI features, your plan content is sent to AI providers for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested output and is not used to train AI models. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed for accuracy before use.

Information We Collect

The information we may collect falls into two categories:

• User-provided information. If you sign up for beta access or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide (such as your name and email address). Within apps, any content you create (entries, records, logs) is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us.
• Automatic information. Some of our apps collect basic, non-identifying usage data to help us understand how the app is being used and where improvements are needed. This may include device type, iOS version, and general usage patterns (such as which features are used most). This data does not identify you personally.

Third-Party Services

Most of our apps avoid third-party analytics or advertising SDKs entirely. Where third-party services are used, we are transparent about it:

• Social Pullup uses Firebase (Google) for backend services including authentication and data storage. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Verio AI uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered features. Your plan content is processed by Anthropic to generate drafts and coaching responses but is not retained or used for model training.
• All other apps in our portfolio do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data. Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can view it directly within the app at any time.
• Delete your data. You can delete your data at any time by removing it within the app or by uninstalling the app from your device.
• Opt out of analytics. If an app includes usage analytics, you can opt out in the app's settings.
• CCPA rights. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
