These Terms of Service govern your use of all apps published by Imira Image LLC. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided as-is for personal and professional use. You may use our apps for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use our apps in any way that could harm Imira Image LLC, other users, or third parties, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our apps.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any app at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance, but we cannot guarantee continued availability of any specific feature or app.

Purchases

Most of our apps use a one-time purchase model. When you purchase an app, you receive a license to use that version of the app and any future updates we release for it.

Verio AI may offer subscription-based access or usage-based pricing for AI-powered features. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are displayed at the time of purchase within the app or the Apple App Store.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

User Content

Any data you create within our apps — notes, records, logs, entries, or other content — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over content you create.

Most of our apps store your data locally on your device. We do not have access to locally stored data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. If you delete the app or reset your device without backing up, your data may be lost and we cannot recover it.

Verio AI stores your data in the cloud. You retain full ownership of your business plans and content. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

AI-Generated Content

Verio AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with business plan drafting, coaching, and analysis. Content generated by AI is provided for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content and should consult qualified professionals for important business decisions.

Beta Testing

Apps distributed through Apple's TestFlight as part of our beta program are pre-release software. Beta apps may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues not present in the final release. We make no warranty that beta software will work correctly or be free of errors.

By participating in a beta program, you agree to provide feedback and understand that the software is still in development. Beta builds may expire, and data created in beta versions may not be compatible with the final release.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imira Image LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use our apps at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users through the App Store or within the app itself.
